Repeat prescriptions will take 72hrs to process.

DISPENSARY OPENING TIMES   

We do not issue medication from Hospital prescriptions following Hospital appointments, these prescriptions should be taken to the Hospital Pharmacy or an independent pharmacy.

Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered using your repeat slip or by using the pre-printed slip available in the waiting room at the surgery.  You can also download the NHS App to enable you to order your medication on-line. 

We do need 72 hours to process your repeat prescription requests due to the difficulty in obtaining some medication due to National shortages following Brexet. 

We do not take prescription orders over the phone except in extenuating circumstances which will be at the discretion of the Practice GP.  Please ensure you order your medication BEFORE you run out.  It is the patients responsibility to ensure they order and collect their medication before they run out.

There is a repeat prescription box on the wall on the left as you walk through the front door.

If you order over the weekend, public holidays  or on a Wednesday afternoon we ask you to make allowances as we are not here to complete any orders and in this case your request may take up to 5 working days before its ready to collect.

There is a repeat prescription box in Treuddyn Post Office for the convenience of Treuddyn patients, prescriptions dropped in this box will be collected on a Friday each week by 11am, these prescriptions will be available for collection from the following Wednesday at Leeswood Surgery.
