Failed Appointments

We are constantly trying to improve our service.  One of the things we would like to do is reduce the number of missed appointments. 

Missed appointments increase the wait for a routine appointment for other patients. If you have ever had difficulty getting an appointment, this is part of the reason. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please call 01352 770212 as soon as possible so that we can re-arrange your appointment for a more suitable date and time, and so we can offer the appointment to another patient. 

Patients who do not attend their appointment without informing us will have a note added to their medical records. Patients who persistently fail to attend booked appointments without cancelling will risk being removed from the practice list and will need to register with another GP.
