Raising a Concern

If you are not happy with any aspect of care you have received at the surgery you can raise your concern with us at the surgery by writing to the Practice Manager detailing your concern.  The Practice Manager will then look into your concern and respond to you in writing within 28 days.

 

You can also send your concern to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board for investigation by them.
